Turbo guys question
Hey guys, I just got a smoking deal on a mexican block 347 with forged crank, h beam rods, ross pistons, arp studs, "grudal", and a few other toys.
I'm pulling the 302 out of my coupe and gonna sell it or something!
anyways here's the question:
since I'm going from a 302 to a 347 what cam would seem mild on the street yet really kickass on the strip?
twin t-60's intercooled, am considering meth injection
tfs heads
stick car
3.27 gears (built rear end)
big fuel pump, aftermarket fuel rails, 72lb injectors, the latest and greatest megasquirt with boost controllers for my combo.
forgot to mention should be around 9:1 compression motor.

They say that the stock cam is actually not a bad turbo cam...but I've never tried it. I've got a TFS stage 2 in my car right now and it does a good job. The TFS Stage 1 worked great in my last car with the blower. Turbo shouldn't be much different. I'd say get a custom grind though and you can be sure of getting it to idle and run like you want it to.

the problem with the stock cam idea is this is not standard bore, rather a 347, so that will change the cam choices, does anyone on here run a b&g kit, I understand they use a comp cams 274h with their 347 stroker, sound about right to anyone?
