Default backspacing and tire size??

im gonna be ordering some new wheels for my SVO pretty soon and i was wondering what to get? some have told me to get a 15x8 4.5BS and others have said a 15x8 5.5BS. well i have a stock wheel well SVO with the quad shocks still, im gonna be ordering the billet specialties streetlights i got the fronts coming already 15x3.5

also what size tire would be good to run on the suggested rear rim? i have a fender roller so if i have to roll the fender lips, or pull the fenders a lil thats not a big deal.

thanks for any info

either will work without the quads, but with them i think you will need the 4.5 backspacing.
just not sure with the disc brake rear, I believe with it you can keep the quads with 5.5bs

Doenst the disk rears push the wheel out, which would call for more B.S?

5.5 BS for the rear. The 4.5 will put wide tires out into the fender.

5.5 causes no issues with the quads. Its not until you get into 6.5 BS that you find clearance problems with the quads,.. and even that depends alot on which tires are used.

so with the 5.5bs what would be a good tire size to run? either in a slick or drag radial. as these will more or less be used at the track more than on the street since i have the oem wheels and im in the process of polishing them to make them bling!

Yep you did. Do you have aftermarfet upper and lowers? If so, scrap the quads the control arms will handle the chore alone

yes good advice...aftermarket arms are great and the quads are easy to remove and store away..5.5 back spacing for sure..
