first off google presented no real answers

getting rid of my nasty stock valve covers. looking at a few but dunno if they will work on a efi car.

I've heard you can use them if you run an intake spacer. Is this correct?

Yes, that is correct. You would have to run a large enough spacer to clear the intake manifold. But this all also dependent on your intake manifold. I personally have a CHP spyder intake and can use which ever valvecovers I want. Just depends on your intake.

Your throttle bracket may also be a problem. Check Corral.net great info over there.

yeah alot of different answers on coral. might just go with some afr valve covers. just want to buy one pair that can be reused once i get new heads.

I have the black ones but I have a gt40 lower downs upper no other problems If I recall.

its not to go fast. or seem to go fast. it's a matter of my egr was leaking for a bit and the passenger one is corroded. it's just an eye sore for me.
