Most 5.0 use a 50 oz. inbalance.

Your engine doesnt care what trans is mated to it.

so your saying inbalance u mean crankshaft damper ? im still unclear my crank has a 28.2 oz damper on it if i add the flywheel = more weight on that side since the fly bolts to the damper which harmonic or flywheel do i run i am unsure if it even matters?

If you ordered something from someone they should know what goes with what.maybe you should get a new parts place....

28 is usually 4 a stroker

You're so lost, where do we start......

How about a complete rundown of exactly what you have and where you are going with it?

With a stroker, you have the choice of the 28 oz, but some opt for the neutral (0) balance.

If they put a 28oz balancer on it, then you need to go with a 28oz flywheel. Once you get that, take it to your local machine shop, have him spin it up, and make sure that the balance job is spot on.

+1,You can get any balance you want on a motor.351's are 28oz,older were 50oz.,302's are 50oz.On a new motor, the lower the balance 50,28,0 the less there is to dampen.Less wieght on the ends of the motor=less vibration, smoother reving motor.
