got a 85 coupe with a 71 windsor in it. wen my income tax check comes back next session im look at a simple s/c for it. novi 1000 etc etc...

my ? is, bein carb'd, wat would need to be done to add the s/c? wat mounts shit like that. as always, any advice is better than none.

Any advice is NOT better than none. There are infinite ways to do it wrong and few to get it right. I cant tell you what to do here other than to consider your source(someone whos actually been there/dun that).

As for the SC, just make sure you get a 351w kit. Any SBF bracket will work if I'm not mistaken, it's just the charge pipe you are really concerned about

well, if i go over a 650 im gonna drown the engine, dont plan on it being really radical, the car weighs on the title 2613, with the 351 and c6 combo its prolly 3even. so im not gonna need a ton of power to get it to move.

just lookin for 350-400hp

 

well turns out, its a late model 351, it has a o2 censor but no smog shit, not sure if this is gonna change nething as far as the s/c setup goes
