Default Synchro, or bent shift fork??

Car is a 95 GT, 5.0 5spd (t5)

Has a hurst short throw, and it is adjusted properly so that's not the problem, when you put the car in 2nd gear with ease it pops out and grinds, if you slam it into 2nd, it's just fine..

Had a few people tell me its a bent shift fork, but I think it's the synchro..

Is it worth buying another tranny, or should I pull this one and look around??

HMMMMMMMMM, anyone got some good shift forks laying around? It's only 2nd gear, and it'll save me from putting a tranny in this car, and hearing it from my wife.. lol
