I was wondering what are some good daily driver tires that have good grip and wont wear away fast? Theyre going on my Ranger. I had some Firestone tires off a new Mustang on it but they sucked.

well---that is a tough one.... the softer a tire is the better it will grip the road---but it will also wear away faster than a harder compound---alot ov it has to do with the way you drive and your suspension is too---like camber and such---i have been using cooper cobras for my last two sets and they are sticky but wear out in about four months-----a friend of mine just got some kumhos and they seem to be very stick and are lasting so far but he just got them so......i know that coopers/futura and yokahamas wear out fast as fuck because ive owned them so dont buy them expecting them to last....

Whatever you do dont get BFG G-force KDWs. They suck in wet weather. I spent most of my time returning from the first 1320 event hydroplaning on I75 while I was driving at about 40-45mph.
