If it only happens at high rpms its a fuel problem. If you go to ford make them go for a ride with you so they can hear the problem rather then just trying to explain it most of the time they are just lazy and try to take the easiest route and it doesnt fix the problem.

If it was rockers you would hear it at all rpms. If it is happening between 4000-6000 rpms then Mike is probably right with the fuel starvation. It can be a number of possible things anything from some cheap sensor that just went bad to a clogged injector that is letting one of the cylinders go lean.
If you want to get a idea of what is wrong go drive the car for a little bit in the rpm range that is causing the problems then go home and pull the spark plugs to see if any of them are white which would be lean. Do not idle the car long when you get back from your drive this way the plugs do not have time to change much. Then let us know.
