i have an 88 with a 302 and a 5speed. the car was originally an automatic and had an airbag steering column. it now has a regular column and obviously its 5speed...i cant figure out why my windsheild wipers wont work???? checked all fuses under dash...dont know what relay is for the wipers...someone please help...thanks in advance

make sure after all the column changes that youy're using the multifunction switch from the 88.

 

If you have an 88, it did not come with an airbag, Airbags didnt go standard equipment till 90. Your multi switch is probably taking a shit on you. Happens alot on most fords.
