Is this a street car or more of a track car that sees the street sometimes?

its a common debate with mod motor guys . on root style blower people clame to see no gain from porting its self . but most do agree with heads work i.e. vavle job polishing ect do show gains . its not like you can hog out a 4v head.

F-Kenne Bell and their Customer Service. I would tell them myself if I weren't always on HOLD!

it depends on what u want ... imo u might aswell go turbo in stead of the f1-a1
same power band but turbo is a better choice . i personal like root blowers with nitrous great power down low and alot of torque. i wouldnt get a root lower than a 2.6l blower whipple or kb..

4v heads are pretty efficient, especially when you consider they're only filling 281ci. In the context of forced induction, there are legions of cars making huge numbers on stock heads, stock VT and stock cams. Why spend the extra $2-3K, if you can accomplish your goal with stock stuff?

Now I'm not saying that you won't see gains from doing the heads and cams, but if you can make 500-800 rwhp with stock stuff easily, why do the extra stuff? Even if you're looking for every last ounce, there are several stock head/vt/cams cars that have made 800-1000+ hp.

My heads were wasted, so I bought the these heads from Fox Lake, as an alternative from buying factory heads. I agree, about the more cfms, than psi.

This car is a toy, it sees most of it's time on the street, but I don't drive this car. If you know were I'm going with this. I do bracket race the car once a month, in an all mustang class one Friday night a month. It's not being being built for track duty only. I want something that is capable of driving. It doesn't have to be comfortable, or have good street manners. I just don't want it to overheat if I get into traffic.

My goal with the car is to make it as efficient as possible, yet my targets are modded Z06's, Heavily modded 4v's, exotics, and heavily modded imports. I'm guessing around 700+ rwhp.

Nitrous and high boost? Don't they contradict each other?

Well I can contest that port work on a 231 and cam change will get you 75-150hp depending on turbo your running and port work. C.I. is another misconception on forced induction.
Personally I favor turbo over supercharged
