i was quoted $200. just seems high to me since the rear isnt in the car and its a bare housing. i took it apart and cleaned it,all they have to do is set the gears up.

That cheap, hopefully you keep everything in order as far as the shims on the carrier or it will whine or cost more money. Is this price include new bearings and seals?

Damn you all knockin 200 bucks for a rear end install? Really? Then I must not be charging enough lol. Labor wise we charge 250.00 (plus parts) and I have numerous happy customers with no whine with their gears.

In or out of the car a gear setup is the same either way really. Weather the housing is on my work bench or it is still in the car its still the same process.

I pm'd you my price for you having it out of the car and already all takin apart.

If you try and mess it all up before taking it to a shop, they generally charge you more for having to fix your mess. But Dave will get you on the road for a decent price. He's always helped me with my cars....Even my old one. LOL

Damn who quoted you that?? Sure your not forgetting that you had C-clip eliminators that you also wanted installed??

I quoted you 300 to setup the entire rear, Don't care what you say that was a deal.

As long as you bring us all the parts we charge 200 to setup a gear.
