Not that it is a fast car but I was out at Bartow Ford a few days ago visiting with a friend of mine when a new and not yet released Thunderbird strolls by and parks. My friend told me they get a lot of test cars at Bartow because it is so open out there and so far away from everything. Anyway I took a look inside of the T-Bird and inside was a couple Cosworth computers screwed into the dash with wires going everywhere. I would love to know what you could do with the Cosworth stuff. Just thought it was interesting to know that Ford is testing down here now.

 

that is pretty interesting. i think they need to do something with the t-bird. that thing is a pig i dont know why they didnt put a beefy engine in it to start. anyway it looks sweet.

 

Months ago (back when the silver car was running) I saw one on the interstate with Michigan manufacturer plates on it and a corperate looking guy behind the wheel. Looked pretty slick to me. Surprisingly enough from what I have read about the car it is very capable in the handling department...something I wouldnt have expected at all.

 

The one at Bartow Ford was black as well. Probably the same one.
