piece of ABS plastic and a hole saw. im sure you could get the ABS for free as scrap, and you could buy the hole saw and drill bit for what anyone would sell them for.

Also Josh, if you want to make your own, I have Carbon Fiber ABS panels. You can probably make about 4 per sheet. Let me know, you can have a sheet for nothing. I am making my own panel that raises the radio up to where the AC controls are, and lowers the ac controls to where the stock radio typically is.

you could probably have one laser cut out of stainless for cheaper
