Is the MAC mufflers good? I have flowmaster 2 chambers now but later down the road im gonna get Mac long tube headers mac pro chamber o/r h pipe and maybe the cat-back mac w/ 2.5 inch. Mmmm I can taste it now.

i believe they are. but i dont really care for them much. are you lookin to decrease your exhaust tone or make it louder? try borla or magnaflow. they are good.

I want loudness and i might go for the Magnaflows but i want side exuast so the Borla SVO side exhaust might be what ill get but its 600 dolla. It be worth it though good mufflers. Are borla muffler straight through like the Magnaflows?

The MAC mufflers sound like a cross between the Flowmasters and Borla mufflers...take all of the worst attributes of each and design one muffler and you have MAC. It makes power but I dont like the sound.

some borla mufflers from what i have seen are straight throuigh pending on what type of muffler you want to buy. magna flows are nice looking but from what i heard they are quite at full throttle and some what deep at idle. so i dont know if i would go straight with them. borla would be your better choice between them two. just buy 2 chamber flowmasters. they are loud as shit. with the right hook up.

I have the flowmaster 2 chmaber muffler all ready so i guess im gonna just have a pipe running to the side of the car

. Save money. lol

just keep them. i dont think you will get much louder than those. or could you?? if there is a muffler louder than those do tell.

I had the Borlas before the swap to from the 302 to the 308. Everyone called it the popcorn exhaust. Sounded like anus. Oh well nobody listens to me anyhow despite the fact that I have built 3 very fast and good sounding mustangs.

Bottom line...I dont know shit.
