IMO yes parts are cheaper on the 302 but to make the same power that a bolt-on 4.6 4v makes you'll have to get H/C/I for the 95. How much is that going to cost? Or you can get the 96, do bolt-ons and run a small 100 shot and run low 11's all day. I think you'll get out cheaper in the long run. My $.02

Tweecer..... all problems are solved. The 94-95 ECM is actually better/easier to tune with compared to a older fox ECM.

oh and on the cams, The reason the E303 isnt a good cam for 94-95 ecm. It has such a short Lobe separation. The shorter the Lobe separation the less vacuum at idle....
