Default 8 rib conversion for '01 Cobra

Anyone ever done an 8 rib conversion on an '01 Cobra? Trying to figure this out now. I have all the pulleys - crank, power steering, and AC seem to line up perfectly. The idlers will need to be spaced out, as will the tensioner. Don't know if anyone makes spacers for this purpose? The other thing hanging me up is the water pump. I have a pulley for it, but it's not even close to lining up, and it looks to be way to far off for spacers. I don't know what to do for this part of it. Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks in advance for you assistance!

I would just go with an electric pump, it would be simple to get the size to fit an 8 rib that way. I know for the s197 they have full 8 rib kits for cars that have the kb, whipple or saleen blowers. I would look at what they are using. I also know alot of guys have gone with the truck wp ( I think from the v10)

Thanks for the input! I talked to Sean Hyland Motorsports (awesome people, very patient and helpful), and they informed me that there are actually 2 different size snouts (waterpumps) for my car. I had the short snout, swapped it over to the long snout, and the pulley lines up perfectly. Now I just have to get the idlers and tensionsers spaced out. Apparently no one makes a kit for this, or sells these spacers. But at least the waterpump issue is resolved!
