moving fuel line

moving fuel line
How can I move the fuel line that goes along the side of the frame. I never got to welding this several months ago but now I want to finish the welds. I NEED to remove the fuel line from the frame but the fuel line is metal and does not move to easily.
Please help.

whats so hard about this? those only a few clips that screw in that hold the lines to the body, remove, pull the lines weld, re install lines?
