Default Carb rebuild HELP

i have a 1979 ford granada... 1 barrel 4.1 250cid engine in it...stock only 45k all original.... i was wondering how hard it is to rebuild the carb...because of current gas prices, not thinking, ive been running alot off the bottom of the tank. so my accelerator pump is bad in the carb (about 95% sure lol) so i was wondering how hard it would be to rebuild the carb which the kit is $22 vs new reman carb being at $220. any tips...or anything else please comment. also this wud be my frist carb rebuild lol...hope its not too difficult!

Pinellas carb will take care of it, decent prices. There pretty easy to rebuild, the biggest problem were most fail is not having the proper stuff to clean them with before reassembly.
