Im driving and my OD kicks in and when it shifts to 2nd gear it makes a little wierd noise i think near the engine. It like something is to weak to power my car so im thinking a shift kit and a torque converter would solve this. But i think its the torque converter maybe. Any hints?

 

no!!! I don;t like front wheel drive cars! Never....but i still dunno the sound!

 

Its almost impossible to answer w/o hearing it in person even then its tough. My guess would be a converter but like I said. If it gets bad I would take it to a shop. If you do need to find a shop try Race Related. Just about everything on my car was done by them and it has all been good

Hey i think i saw ur car at Miami Subs last sat night is it silver? I know I saw the red 351 or 257 windsor there and i got a card from them.

 

No that wasnt me but that red car with the body kit and the windsor was a friend of mine. I have a black Cobra that is curently having a new engine built. Anyways if you have any qustions give them a call.
