I would defitnally stay away from mac. I just dont like their products. Just my opinion. Also IMO stay away from an equal lenght shorty header... why you ask? All I have to say have fun changing the spark plugs on equal length shortys on a 302. IMO if you have the ground clearance and the correcty tranny combination I would go long tubes

I have the BBK equal lengths on my 95. Changing the plugs is a biatch, and my #3 and #4 plug boots get burnt ALL the time, even with header wrap. I got tired of replacing them, so I just have burnt boots on those wires for now.

+1 ^^^ I forgot to add that. For the record we have found that the Taylor wires seem to have a fairly smaller boot and seem to fit and stay away from the hearders for the most part. They still are very close and are prone to getting burned up.

honestly I say just stay with unequal length. All the dyno graphs i've seen the equals make a little more bottom and mid, but unequal take over in the higher rpms
