im gonna get a programmer for my birthday,and im wantin to do some research.and find out which,programmer is the best out there for the money and if the gains from it are really worth the money. dont know what all the different settings they come with. programmer is gonna be for a 2000 lightning. thanks for your guys help in advance.

I had a good experience with SCT. As a matter of fact I have an X-Cal 2 for 150.00. If interested I can find out if it can be used for your truck. Let me know.

I'm surprised Smokeshow didn't chime in with any info/knowledge on the L and it's programming capabilities (or lack thereof in some instances).

Maybe your title should have said something to the effect of "Lightning Programmer" I'll tell him to come check in w/some expertise info

+1....they are in Longwood Fl and they have a tech online during the day on their website forums....very cool people....ask for Ryan.

What mods do you have? A programmer can only go so far without have to have custom tunes..
