Newt won't install it... you'll have to do that...it's not that hard, alot of people here have the knowledge to help with the install... tuning is the hard part.

Sam @ Coastal dyno...

Basically, you will need to get it tuned on the dyno...

Maybe some other shops can do it but I would go to Sam.

i know i was meaning i would do the in stall i have been building cars for a while and am a mechanic just lookin for a few good shops who can tune and get or preferrably have things in stock that i ned for my build .... i hate waiting on parts i driving shop to shop ... i want to get all my eggs i the basket before i start .. once i sell my civic ill have 6000+ to play with .. but being a mechanic working in shops i know what shops pay versus what they charge ... and i just want to know some people who arent charging arm and a leg .. i know a shop will have a mark up but some of the shops i have gone to have like a 50% mark up on the shit .... i know the shop needs to make money but dont be rediculous.. im going to do te install just wnt to know the best places to go for parts

For tuning call Brian at EFI Unlimited 727-657-2956 One of the best around IMO.

in a '98, you will have to get at the heads and swap in the pi (performance improved) cylinder heads. even if you're going with a power adder, the cylinder heads will let you get that much more out of the blower/turbo

Yes remember that. Installing pi heads on a non pi motor will jack the compression to I believe just about 10.5 to 1
