Default suggestions needed for dizzy

I am on a really slim budget. I have to replace the distributor on my 5.0HO, and I have ripped off the injection in trade for a carb. I am currently using a 3 wire motorcraft that is used and abused. I am wanting to buy a new one from the auto part store, and there are 2 models. 1 for a manual trans and 1 for automatic. The one I am currently using looks like the manual trans version. They look different. Does it matter? Oh, just for shiggles, I have a FoMoCo E cam and the hardened gear for the dizzy. Anyone got suggestions??

Trust me I have done many swaps and the 302831 is your best choice for stock replacement
