Default I need a GM 3-bar MAP sensor - buy at dealer??

I bought one of these before through NAPA but they had to order it...and it wasn't cheap. Anyone know where I can get one?

Did you try speed shops? The dealer is the only other place I can think of locally.

Theres a place in Brandon that Cheverolet gets thier non-stocking parts from I believe its called AC delco Parts House. I picked up several things there when I had my GN. I would call there when I needed something before dealer because they would send me there to pick it up anyways
Its on HWY 60

Theres an AC Delco parts house on Linebaugh and Dale Mabry in Tampa as well. Its where my buddy bought his MAP sensor for his GN.

I picked one up - thats about that I paid. Believe it or not, finding a pig tail connector is about impossible. GM said that they had them but wanted either $46 or $85 depending on which one I picked. Plus they were total assholes.

Maher Chevrolet on 19 in St. Pete. Screw those guys. I told them to their face that the price was rediculous and that my friends always told me that Chevy was inexpensive compared to Fords...then mentioned that I was glad I owned a Ford so that I didn't have to get ripped off by GM all the time

You can modify a 1 or 2 bar map pigtail to work with the 3 bar. Basically they have a notch on the MAP plug that is in different places so it will only plug into the correct harness. All you have to do is trim the notch or trim the pigtail to get it to work.

I bought one from MSD, then had to modify it

Looks like about 15lbs. I was shooting for 17-18 - looks like I'll have to make a pulley change

not sure which part of the pigtail you needed but the part that plugs to sensor is all over the salvage yards
