what do you guys think about the color? my brother just sprayed an SN95 in this color and it turned out pretty cool.

I like it, it was a cobra option back in the mid 90's. I knew a girl that had one.

 

The best part of the Mystichrome cobra was the matching inserts on the leather seats. That was a really cool package.

FYI...prior to this model, the only year something like this was available was back in 1996 with the Mystic Cobra. BASF made the paint for the car in 1996. From what I understand, this exact paint code is/was kept under lock and key to keep it exclusive to Mystic Cobras only. You can't get this exact paint code unless you own an original '96 Mystic.

 

i think it was a cobra...i dont know much about mustangs so i dont know how to "really tell", but it had badges and chrome cobra wheels lol.

 

Mystichrome is SICK, but for the love of god don't scratch it!

I'd rather have a sonic blue or comp. orange one anyways, best colors ford ever produced IMO

 

it was keep under lock and key because certain pigments in the mystic paint were the same pigments used in US currency.

 

it wasn't used in US currency, it is used on currecny in other countries though...mysticchrome is easily accessible and alot cheaper than Mystic paint is.

 

i agree with weaksauce, the sonic blue is the shit i just got my fox painted sonic blue(o4 cobra ) and its sick as hell

 

Maybe i was just over looking something here as i could even be mistaken. But wasn't Mysticrhome brought back for the Terminators in 04 as pictured before?


Sick color btw, extremely cool in person since i've found you usually just think it looks like a cloror that does not exist until you walk around it a bit. I'd hate to find out about any scratching though.
