Default Fuel Pressure

I have an adjustable FPR. What should it be set at? Mods are GT40 intake and ported/milled GT40 heads, 65mm TB, f cam. It runs GREAT but once it warms up the idle surges between 1500-500 rpms sometimes stalling out cause the idle drops so low on the surge. I was told it surges because the FP is too high.

Interesting. I had it at 40 and it would ping like CRAZY at about 3500rpm. And 40 seems to be the general answer from whom I've asked. RIght now it's at about 50psi.

clean your IAC, adjust your idle and TPS, I wouldnt really screw around with a AFPR unless its on a dyno or you got a way of seeing the a/f

I meant 40 with no vacuum. When you hook the vacuum back up it should drop to about 35 ish maybe.
