Default some truck questions.

i have an 80 f100 i just picked up with a carbed 302 in it, 9in rear, its a 3 speed with manual brakes and manual steering, now the clutch is a setup iv never seen its moved by a few rods connected to the pedal. my questions are as follows, does any one know if i can just put a booster and hook up the vacumme to it and have power brakes? can i find the steering box and pump and have ps? biggest question can i put any 5 speed in it from a ford, obviously if its hydraulic id have to add that system id have to install the other stuff for it, but what about a t-5 form a stang cause its cable actuated how bad would that be to put in, cause with the speed on the high way that thing sucked the gas down, if i went with the t-5 which would be fine wold i need to change the clutch and flywheel or no. help would be great.

cause i got a good deal on this truck, and id be more fun just to make it how id like it. i dont mind the manual steering i can live with that, but the manual brakes take some getting used to. and im keepin the trans manual i just want a 5 speed in it.
