Default Pricing on Cobra's...

So yeah, I was wondering what I should expect to pay for a CLEAN STOCK 96-98 Cobra coupe. I've been looking on Autotrader and all those sites and what really caught my eye is the teal they come in.

What should I pay for a Cobra with decent mileage?

And does anyone know someone that has a clean one for sale? I don't want a whored beat down car. I want something that I can start off fresh and not have to worry about it breaking down the second I pull out of their driveway.

No idea, but I've always heard to avoid 97 Cobras. Can't remember why, though...seems like it was that they were kind of lemons or something.

$7,000

My buddy has a white 97 he'd probably sell for that amount.

$7000 with how many miles though? And white 94-98's I think look horrible for some reason, yet it seems almost 1/2 the Cobra's built came in that color.

And Ford DNA what problems? I know a couple members had some '97's on here. I really want a '98 in pristine condition in that teal. I really <3 that color.

Negative. Only issue with 96-98 cobras was that the 96 had some cooling issues. There was a TSB out for it. 97-98 fixed the problem and had no issues.

Steez- for a low milage 97-98 4v you're probably in the range of 7000-9500k.

Yeah thats about the price range, every once in a while youll see them for a little less. I think road rage let his go for around 5k, im not positive though that was a while back.

They had plastic IMRC vs Aluminum in the 96-97. Transfers less heat to the Intake.

And supposedly the 98 had a hotter tune from the factory. Don't know if this is true or not.
