In reality a performance shop should be able to see what A/F ratio is at WOT.
Alot of things can be ruled out by that.

Things you can check yourself:

If you have a aftermarket intake, check for oil being drawn in.I clean mine every oil change.

Clean off the maf with a quick evaporating cleaner(adv carb cleaner is more like wd40).

Like smoke show said, change the fuel filter.

Any misfire like a cracked coil would throw a code. But you might aswell check your plugs and coil to rule that out. With up'ed boost I hope you went with a colder plug.

Are they TR6's?I always gapped mine at .32.I know it sounds stupid, but use some di-electic gease and make sure all the coil's are pushed all the way down on the plugs to help with connection.Another problem to check,if you have high miles and stock boots, mine was popping so I got a new boot and spring kit and it cleared it up.Hope this helps.

Now when you did your plugs, did you jump in without letting the engine heat all the way up and floor it?Or did you let it heat up to normal temp and hit it.

If not,and it cleared up before after you pulled your plugs, its probably an ignition problem.

Take out all your coils and check for little white lines or specs.Take the boots off too.If it was a failed coil it really would show a code.
