Cool help help help

i have 89 ford mustang and i need to put some subfraims on it. i work at steel shop so i was gonna just cut them and weld them on by my self but was wandering what size steel tube to use any one know? lmk.

get a square 2x2 piece 8 foot long cut in half and weld them up.

Same thickness youd have for a rollbar. I use that to fab mine(round)

use square, not tubes. You get more surface to surface contact and a bigger weld area = stronger an mo betta

i need the thickness of the steel TUBE AKA SQUARE. JUST SO YOU KNOW PIPE IS ROUND. AND TUBE IS SQUARE. i know the lenth, i need the thickness. i dont want to make it too thick and add unnesasary waight but i dont want to make it too thin and break them. lmk
