how the fuck do u get them off..mine are super stuck on and will only come off inche by inche if that...what is the best way to get them up..i know with them stuck on the car,they are probley like 10lbs that i do not need,plus the cracking looks like shit.

I have never tried Mars' idea, but I find that an assortment of scraper tools works in the end. That, and a LOT of elbow grease. I've ripped my fair share of that shit out of my fair share of Foxes by now. Its a sonuvabitch. Anything that is powerful enough to fuck them up chemically will probably wreck your paint enamel and stuff underneath.

You know, carpet will cover them up, though. You midas well put a 5 lb slab of carpet in there.

i'm tempted to rip the back window out and go lexan but i dont want to take to much weight off the ass end..

theres a few threads in the nissan forum about them removing the sound deadening material from their cars. They go buy a bunch of dry ice, lay it on it and let it sit for a bit till it starts to make cracking noises, then they knock it with a rubber mallet and it just breaks away in big chunks

and where is the deck lid coming from? Ive yet to find one that makes one yet cause I want one for my car. Fenders would be cool, but you cant roll and flare CF

Yeah, not on a Fox. Those things are cemented down with some NASTY glue.

I don't know if they make them for Foxes, but fiberglass doors do wonders to drop weight. I felt Chad's on his racecar and they can't weigh but 2 lbs each. The brackets weigh more than the doors, heh.

Our molds are 95%done for the fox fenders we are finishing the flanges right now and decklid is started just not quite done yet. Fox fenders will have all the stock flanges for mounting them.
