Default Ford Questions

Hey guys. I am looking for a little advice on some basic mods for a truck. I just bought a new F150. It has a 4.6 in it and less than 3000 miles on it. I am kind of looking to have a little fun and not have it be such a dog. I am a chevy guy and used to modding the LS motors but this is new to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

LOL. I am looking for something more constant. I had a Camaro that was bottle fed. It was fast with the other mods but I don't know how much bang for my buck I would get with a heads and cam package for a 4.6. I just don't know these motors and some other people that I have spoken to say that the 4.6 is a piece of *&%^ that can't handle much abuse.
