With an IHRA track to the south and and an NHRA track to the north, I doubt you will get any major sanctioning body to sponsor, even if it is built. But I am still will it. But your talking alot of cash.

we own a construction service that controlls the sub contracters for the state so Nelson construction will be building right at a modern 2.5 mill track
now that state has said we must showat least 10,000 people will attend every mounth at the min

My family is good friends with David Nelson... my Dad worked for him for several years. I'll have him ask him if he's heard of this "project".
