Default installing navigation into a car

I just recently bought a 2003 Lincoln LS..

I love this fucking car. I'm keeping it all stock except for tint and adding factory navigation to it! This car is loaded from the factory with everything but the navigation. Pearl in color, chrome bumpers, the factory chrome wheels, V8, 6disc etc.. all the GOOD options and only 42k miles.. I like this thing better then my cadillac by far actually. It rides just as well and has a better looking interior, its sporty, faster and best of all RWD.

so how hard is it to install navigation onto a car? I know LS's come stock with it.. but how much would I have to pay to get this installed? or could I do it myself? I'm decent at working on cars and I can install a aftermarket head deck speakers etc..

btw who else on this site owns a LS? there great cars I'm really surprised. I recently got into trouble and spent alot of money on a lawyer and bond and I was going to get a 2004 BMW 330CI 5spd but had to settle for a car for half as much. It wasnt that big of a downgrade though.
