Default head gasket recommendations

I'm pretty sure i already know what I'm getting, but just curious as to which gaskets you would use for a daily driven 5.0 with GT40P heads that won't see boost.

less $$$ = better

I just bought the cheap gasket set from jegs for an explorer when I ran them, ran 175 shot for 3 years, only lost head gaskets when my fan switch quit working intermittently, (also had the heads milled for more compression)

the gasket set was about $40!!

if I remember right it was 40 thousands, any more and I would have had my intake cut to work. (I had a tfs intake)

(they were also ported by a friend and I had aftermarket springs installed.)

i went a little farther,

65 thousandths, i have a cobra intake, i had to modify the gasket to line up the port, but that was mostly because the stock gasket was too small. no sealing issue's.

definately get new springs, i bought motorsport one's
