I've never had any problems with my Nittos. The DR's are not the stickiest DR's, but I think they are the best for a daily driver, or at least driving in the rain. I have NT-450's on the front and NT-555r's on the rear, with no problems. I will most likely get some Mickey Thomson DR's next, but my car is not my DD.

Honestly, Shaun would know better than most. He actually uses his tires...

Nittos are a good all over tire for mix driving and track use. However, if you want them to bite at the track, you gotta smoke the living rubber out of them. I've run the BFGs and they were great at the track, but sucked on the street. Most of the guys that I talk to, say that they like the MTs best and are good for both. (I say most, because Badlattitude said that his would not hook... if I remember correctly.) I will also try them next, well, if I ever get to wear my Nittos out....

I actually really liked my Nittos, if you plan on DD'ing your car go with the 555r's. (just my .02). If its a street/track car and NOT your DD'er then DEF. go w/ the mt's. I've only heard bad things about the Mickey's in the rain especially with any amount of throttle.

Bottom line if you drive your car alot on the street, you will be surprised on how sticky the Nitto's are. This is also assuming you have >400 lb ft of torque @ the wheels.

I ran Nitto's for 6 months and fucking will never put them on my car ever again. Mickeys FTW

I have had all 3, Mickeys,BFG and Nitto. I feel Mickeys won't last as long but they worked well for me in the rain and at the track, and the "other" track i use as well.

Good luck to you bro Just my 0.02

As for a good place not sure where you are located but my Boy Joe up at the Clearwater A&E always hooks me up
