At least leave the person a NEG trader rating so the rest of us will know if we try to buy something.

SOMETIMES the seller may not know there is a problem with what hes is selling...the honesty comes if and when he makes it right....mostly i find people dont keep there word on deals...after making a commitment to buy or sell something...if they find it cheaper or can sell their stuff for more...their WORD goes out the window. i believe "YOUR WORD IS YOUR BOND"...if you cant keep your word...what good are you ... and if you cant keep your word what can you keep????? henry ford built his empire on handshakes....today he would need an army of lawyers(and ford does today)....ask yourself where do you stand when it comes to integrty...does money make the difference in where your character lies or is your "WORD YOUR BOND"????????????

That sucks, I have gotten a few things from people online and have been fortunate enough not to have had this happen. I think names should be named that way if the person was not aware of it everyone gets to see how they handle themselves in correcting it. Once it's sold the seller is not obligated to do anything however people appreciate those who do the right thing (either refund enough money to get it fixed or allow the buyer to back out). If they did know about it then saying the name allows everyone to know that this person does not represent things honestly. A bad trader rating can help, however it's not hard for someone to make up a sob story as to why their rating is bad and they can be trusted on the next deal.
