Default couple of quick q's.

just installed a qa1 k frame in the project, and it seems to sit about 1" lower now. kept the stock a arms, springs (whatta bitch gettin em back in ) and 90/10's. just wondering if its normal to sit a little lower with this k-frame and set up ?
also need a good alignment shop in pinellas.

My buddy ran that setup with the stock arms and springs for some reason when you do that it lowers it a little. But when and if u upgrade to tubular a-arms and coil overs it should go back to normal ride height.

Beleive it or not but if you used Lakewood 90/10's thats probably where that extra 1 in of drop came from. They tend to sit lower for some reason. I installed them on my 97 cobra and thats all I did I didn't change the spring and I was almost an inch lower than what I was. Now to use Lakewood 90/10's in an SN95 you have to use the Fox body part number. Thats where I thought I got the drop from I was told they are an inch shorter than SN95 struts. Maybe they are just and inch short no matter what year they are.

Like you said fox struts are an inch shorter thats where you got your "drop" from. The QA1 Spring perch in the k member is about an inch higher up witch in turn lowers the car.

60's are my concern... but if you and scott improved your 60's with this set up, then i'm just gonna let it ride.

thanks for the info guys !!!
