Nextel is pure shit, Verizon has good reception but has horrible cust svc, Sprint has been all around ok for me, even in remote areas. Dont know anything about Cingular or Metro to say much. I just came up on my renewal, I need to decide if I'm stayin with Sprint or not.

Cingular is supposed to be good. Their coverage map looks really good. T-Mobile's coverage map is a joke.
