i'll take the "non-stock" radiator hose and the $100 in my pocket alex....

actually, Rob ended up welding on threaded bungs at each end on my summit radiator to use the braided hose, but was never a problem with the ones that came with it, this just made things simpler and cleaner.

enjoy.

my griffin has the 45* elbow on it. a trip to the radiator hose section of Auto Zone and 1 minute with a razor blade and i have a lower radiator hose.
Get an 1172 hose and i had to cut about 2" off each end for it to work. Not sure if it will work on a stang, but unless the water pump to radiator distance is really different it should work

If I feel better tomorrow, I'll go see what's in my car and take pictures. It never gets over 160 degrees.

since when did we start talking about an 94 and up car? thought the topic was revolving around Scott's car..

I put what fit in the 85, it worked.

also, I didn't have "all kinds of shit fabbed up" in the 85. It was a purpose built car, made no bones about it. Take it or leave it, but it worked for what it was and it was basic. The bungs that were put on the radiator were for ease of use, nothing more, The only other item that could've been considered "fabricated" was the small alum mount plate that hung off of the block for the coil.

btw, I had a 95GT (drove it every day from St. Pete to Tampa) that had either a Summit or Griffin in it (don't recall) had full A/C and power steering, so I know how tight those engine compartments were.
