Red face need ford peeps advice

i bought a 94 gt mustang with a aode with 88,342 miles.she is bone stock and has been well tooked care of.i got the car cheap and want to resell it later down the road,so my Q is do you think i should leave it stock or do some mods to it.i was thinking it would sell faster if it was stock with its low milage, instead off have a bunch of aftermarket parts on it.what do you guys think?stock or performance make over.

Stock will sell faster for more money most of the time. If you put a few aftermarket parts in it some people assume it was beat to hell and back racing or what ever. thats my .02

best mod for an AODE is a 5spd.

If you are going to keep it mod it up, if not like you say I would leave it stock.

Off topic, you guys are saying my 98 would be faster if I put a 5 speed in it? Mine is an AODE.

a T-5 will be faster than a stock AOD-E, a T-5 is about 30#s lighter, lower first gear, and if you can shift, you will have quicker shifts.

However a purpose built automatic will be faster, but you give up some driveability.
