This cam?

Trick Flow Track Heat Camshafts for Ford: TFS-51402001 - summitracing.com

.542 lift intake
.563 lift exhaust

That's too much lift on a stock setup. You running aftermarket heads, springs, valves, 1.6rr? We need a bit more information on this one....

I am going to assume that you are running stock heads, valves, springs, and rrs. I believe the max you can can safely go with your stock setup is....
FMS F-cam with 1.6rr.
(.512 exhaust and intake)

I ran the FMS E-cam with 1.7rr
(.498/1.6 =.31125 * 1.7 = .529 and I killed the valve springs in 10K miles.)

Look at the TFS-51402000 it shows a more reasonable lift at .499/ .510 intake and exhaust.

F cam FTW ! Same one I am running.

Will not need any modifications if you use 1.6 roller rockers.
