just wanted to be sure.they have been saying they are going to close for years.

 

this is what i know about sunshine, and i would say my facts are about 95% correct.....the state owns the land and Todd owns the track. he has like a 10 year lease.....so he is leasing the land from the state....my facts could be the other way around.....but I'm pretty sure its ether way


so basically sunshine and BMP will never ever close

The land was purchased by the DOT. Todd pays a lease or rent payment monthly to the State. Development is not even slated to being until 2010 so basically that means 2015 in normal people's terms. "Government Worker" is such an oxymoron. Kinda like "Jumbo Shrimp". LOL!
