I sold recently a t-3 turbo to DRDIRT on here i told him everything about it sent him pictures and he got the turbo and demanded his money back.
basically he wants me to send the 185$ back to his house once he recieves it then he will send me the turbo.
last time i remembered wasnt it where if he/she said he didnt want/like the item they purchased they sent it back to the origional owner and they refunded there money? like walmart you buy something you dont like it you go off and return it give them it back you get your money.
but anyways he is demanding i give his money back threw pms and telling me i am making no attempt to do so when i told him that if he send it back first i will. so i am tired of him saying so so i told him if he doesnt send it back within 2 days or tell me he is going to im just gonna spend the money sound like the right thing? i sent him the turbo perfectly fine and he complains about soo much shit that is wrong and it caim off a perfectly running car.
what do i do im about ready to contact the local police and get the post office people involved because he is accusing me of mail fraud when i sent him tuns of messages saying if he sends it back first i will refund him AND IM SORRY ABOUT THE MISLEADING INFO WHEN I SENT PICTURES AND TOLD YOU ALL I KNEW? oh and i also gave him negative feedback and he says that he didnt deserve it.
IF YOU READ THIS ALSO FUCK OFF!! YOU WANT YOU MONEY BACK SEND IT BACK FIRST IF IT WAS THE SAME WAY IT WAS SENT TO YOU THERE SHOULDNT BE ANYTHING WRONG AT ALL!!

 

Tony is a stand up guy,you have nothing to worrie about when dealing with him.I sure everyone in this forum will agree,he is like a father to us..seriously!

I'm sure if somone can vouche for you it would not be a big deal,he prob feels that you are new to ford tech and does not want to be screwed.I can vouche for tony,he is prob the oldest member in here(other than pat)he will not give you the run around.

Seems to me if you return something at WalMart, the buyer has to actually "return" it first...then you get the $$$. DrDirt seems to be a stand up guy so the question is are you? Confess right now if you're going to send the $$$ or dick him around...

Did you send the turbo and then he sent the $$$ - doesn't seem like how things usually go so to unwind the scenario just go in reverse. But you have to keep your end of the deal...
