machine shop

Anyone know of a good machine shop that could make me a 1/2 inch thick flange to fit between my intake and throttle body?

I am going to flip my intake around and don't want to make a custom throttle cable. Instead I wanted to make my own tb adaptor. BTW it's a 94.
