ok .. so i went and had the battery tested thats fine ... and the alternator is throwin plenty of juice ... lights actually brighten up when the cables are discon... i cant figure it out .. the amp light is off when i get up in the morning when the cars cold .. then it comes on after drivin for few mins .. again its very confusing any ideas ?? tips ? im stumped .. gator and frank arent completely sure and i still have to ask harold but anything is appreciated if you fools got an idea or ran into this b4 thx

Remember Stang/Ford alternator plug is often in need of replacement
Also battery cables, even new ones can have issues where they are crimped.

Confirm these first ... do consider ignition switch harness, they (the wires) do come loose on our older Stangs at the harness connection. Push all wires firmly into its plug.

where is the ignition harness.. is it the one connected to teh solenoid ? put new terminal connectors on yesterday alternator is good anyone else? got this problem or know what it could be
