I was never a ricer when i was a kid LOL. I had a Grand national and no one in my town hooked up imports back then either. Mustangs , camaros , turbo buicks got worked , Sport utilitys got systems and tints and pickups got lifted ect. The kids with integras and hondas didnt actually want their cars its what they could afford and saw no reason to waste their money doing anything to them. Just rather save up the money to get a real vehical lol

Yes man, I TOTALLY hear ya, when I was growing up, up North that was all about the american muscle. Like ya said the stangs and camaros, and GN were the shit, we usta go out to 231 Deer Park Ave and race all night and its was such an awsome time, 231 sound like a HUGE flowmaster exhaust and then there was Hempsted TNKP where the people went with lil mods and race, than ther was Edison Ave where the BIG DOGS ran, people would trailer thier cars there and race for money. Boy now that im walking down memory lane I wish it was still like that, towards the end when I moved there was ricers starting and lots of bikes all juiced up, those things are NUTZ on Nitrous..that was the shit, why do things have to change so much, or is it me changing but things are the same out there,,,,hmmmmmm

you just get the kids with the fart cans that think there badasses because of the media and the movies... theres a team in our town called team redline they have stickers exhaust that sounds 10 times worse than fast and furious neons and bass... you just gotta deal with it some people just dont know how to get real power..

 

and the best thing to do in that situation if people pull up to you at a light all cocky is look out your window stare at the car and laugh hystarically... ( i think i spelt that right) if they rev there v-taaakelopisty up just keep laughing its gonna put them for a loop all day because there gonan wonder what was he laughing about you may look like the cocky one but its gonna make them puzzled all day and probbly ruin there day??..
i do it all the time and im actually seeing some people taking off stuff like body kits on hondas and tibourns neons lights and there getting the point... well some of them are

 

but if you pull up to a car bouncing off the 2 step and they got a cocky look on there face and you hear a turbo spooling up ... id turn the bottle on just for good measures and reassurance

 

plus fucking one....I'm older than most of you guys.there were always loads of stangs.GTO's ...Camaro's to beat on.........Jap cars sucked anyway back in the day. Some of the high end Jap cars are nice these days.

 

I don't like most import owners. They all seem like cookie cutter, club hopping, overgrown teeny boppers.

I'm not much older than most of them, but when I was their age, I hated other people my age. So I guess it falls back to that same thing..I just hate 16-25 year olds except for the rare few domestic diehards.
