oh and insurance wont cover that being it was an unlicensed driver!! OH bummer for them.

insurance will cover it and it will go as an at fault accident on the parents insurance.

Well I wish Alstate would have steped up and fixed the car my 9yr old with my car. They said it would not be cover being she was not a licensed driver and she was not covered to be driving my car. But for his sake I hope you are right.
