Default Roller Rockers

I have basicly got a 99 explorer 5.0 engine with GT40P heads with a E303 cam in my Fox. Any of you think ill have clearance issues with the 1.6 rockers?

ok with 1.7's you got any measurement on the push rods?? Or can you use stock length?

stock will probably work, but you should always measure, i've got some fms motorsport pushrods if you're interested stock length

you shouldnt have problems with the length of the push rods by changing the cam. only if u change the heads or have the block decked diffrent head gasket and so on. But is a good idea to up grade to harden pushrods is steve b has them . the extra rpms and spring rate can bend them.

Yea i did install a stiffer spring to help with the Valve float... How much for the set Steve

But do you think ill have Piston to Valve issues with the 1.7's? Pistons are fly cut from the factory...I know ill check when i install them but kinda like a heads up from peeps thats done it before..

$20 if you come get em.

as long as i don't need em, i have to measure them first to make sure i need longer, i'm having alot milled off my heads, so i may need shorter ones.

i had gt-40's with a f cam and 1.72 rockers they cleared plus i had them milled. i doubt u should have a issuse with the e cam and 1.7 just do the valve drop check that way u dont have to take ur heads off.
