they are not forged pistons they are hipershit pistons...lol i got them too lol 01 GT40P engine..............u want forged piston handle more boost

Hypers are fine, just not as forgiving as forged, no detonation and safe tune........20 psi on pump gas here with a 66mm p-trim

the nice thing about superchargers is they can be a more compact setup, no spooling, can usually be bought a lot cheaper than a turbo kit, and dont require an intercooler

I have a Paxton Novi 2000 now. While it's nice and all I think I will be going for a Turbo 5.0 on my next car (95 GT). For the street I would say a nie good tuned turbo car all day. Superchargers are set up at one tune and one boost only. It can make it a little rough for day to day driving.

Trust me. My car is down for small stupid shit all the time.
